How a visit with me works

No waiting room, no ten-minute slot. I come to your house, or we meet on video, and we take the time your child actually needs.

A free 15-minute meet and greet

A short call so you can ask questions, tell me what's going on, and decide whether I'm a good fit for your family. No charge, no obligation.

A 90-minute first visit

I go through your child's full history, what you've already tried, diet, sleep, digestion, and what daily life looks like. Then we decide together what to test and what to try first.

A plan a real family can follow

Nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle changes and, when they're useful, labs. Written down, prioritized, and paced so it fits your life rather than taking it over.

Follow-ups that keep it moving

Fifty-minute follow-ups, sick visits when you need them, and lab reviews so results get explained rather than emailed.

About me

A doctor who sees the whole child, and the whole family

I trained as a naturopathic doctor at Sonoran University of Health Sciences after a biomedical sciences degree at the University of Northern Colorado, and I've focused my practice on children ever since. What I care about is finding out why a child isn't well, not just quieting the symptom.

My mission is to be a parent's resource and teacher, a child's guide and example, and a family's provider who always sees the whole patient.

More about me and how I practice, or read my notes for parents on the questions I get asked most.
